The delivery flow
Section titled “The delivery flow”- Client pays (order form / EDD checkout).
- Justin delivers the model file by email. Same-day if the client responded quickly during scoping.
- The structured new-buyer onboarding email goes out.
- 1 hour of complimentary setup help is scheduled to walk through the client’s first project together. Most first projects complete inside that hour.
New-buyer onboarding email
Section titled “New-buyer onboarding email”Sent to every new model buyer. Covers:
- Macro-enabling instructions (Windows: Properties > Unblock; Mac: Trust access to the VBA project object model).
- How to navigate the model (Inputs sheet, hyperlinked Table of Contents, scroll shortcuts).
- How to enter a first project (left-to-right on the Inputs sheet, fill the blue cells).
- Walkthrough-video link and the Excel 365 desktop recommendation.
- The support tiers (free tech support, hourly help, customizations, OM prep).
- The referral program ($100 per converted referral).
What “delivered” includes
Section titled “What “delivered” includes”- The model file (Excel 365 desktop, macro-enabled).
- A 20-minute walkthrough video for that model.
- 1 hour of complimentary setup help.
- Free ongoing technical support for the life of the license (see Support SOP).
QA before sending
Section titled “QA before sending”Turnaround expectation
Section titled “Turnaround expectation”“Often same-day if the client responds quickly.” There is no published delivery SLA and the bot is explicitly forbidden from promising delivery dates. Timing is confirmed on the scoping call, not committed in advance.
