Model delivery SOP
The delivery flow
Section titled “The delivery flow”- Client pays (order form / EDD checkout, processed via Square).
- Megan QAs the file (below) and sends it by email. Same-day if the client responded quickly during scoping.
- The onboarding email goes out with the model attached.
- 1 hour of complimentary setup help is offered to walk through the client’s first project. Most first projects complete inside that hour.
QA before sending
Section titled “QA before sending”Done by Megan. Before a model goes out she sets/confirms:
- The license (term/expiration matching what was sold).
- The segments enabled for what the client purchased.
- The add-ons enabled for what the client purchased.
- The file name (safe characters only - no
*or?, which break the macros). - The onboarding email is the correct template, with the walkthrough video link.
Onboarding email
Section titled “Onboarding email”The current copy-paste template lives on its own page: New-client onboarding email. Replace the client name before sending. The Support FAQ and video-library links are baked into the template; confirm they are still current.
What “delivered” includes
Section titled “What “delivered” includes”The model file (Excel 365 desktop, macro-enabled), a 20-minute walkthrough video, 1 hour of complimentary setup help, and free ongoing technical support for the life of the license (see Support SOP).
Turnaround
Section titled “Turnaround”“Often same-day if the client responds quickly.” There is no published delivery SLA and the bot does not promise delivery dates. Timing is confirmed on the scoping call.
