Model delivery SOP

  1. Client pays (order form / EDD checkout, processed via Square).
  2. Megan QAs the file (below) and sends it by email. Same-day if the client responded quickly during scoping.
  3. The onboarding email goes out with the model attached.
  4. 1 hour of complimentary setup help is offered to walk through the client’s first project. Most first projects complete inside that hour.

Done by Megan. Before a model goes out she sets/confirms:

  • The license (term/expiration matching what was sold).
  • The segments enabled for what the client purchased.
  • The add-ons enabled for what the client purchased.
  • The file name (safe characters only - no * or ?, which break the macros).
  • The onboarding email is the correct template, with the walkthrough video link.

The current copy-paste template lives on its own page: New-client onboarding email. Replace the client name before sending. The Support FAQ and video-library links are baked into the template; confirm they are still current.

The model file (Excel 365 desktop, macro-enabled), a 20-minute walkthrough video, 1 hour of complimentary setup help, and free ongoing technical support for the life of the license (see Support SOP).

“Often same-day if the client responds quickly.” There is no published delivery SLA and the bot does not promise delivery dates. Timing is confirmed on the scoping call.
