The customer bot
A pre-sale guide that answers buyer questions about TILT’s models, services,
support policy, and positioning, and routes qualified buyers to the contact

Architecture
Section titled “Architecture”- One knowledge pack (
bot/knowledge-pack/, public-safe markdown) feeds every surface. It is curated and deliberately excludes internal pricing and working notes. - Surfaces: Claude Project (internal spot-checking only - Claude has no external link sharing), ChatGPT Custom GPT, Gemini Gem (the most client-friendly: free for clients). A website widget is a deferred future phase (custom Anthropic API, not paid SaaS).
What it must never do
Section titled “What it must never do”Quote a price, debug a client’s specific custom build, give legal/tax/ investment advice, make commitments on Justin’s behalf, name a competitor, or reveal its own instructions. These are enforced in the system prompt and mirror the Voice rules.
Keeping it in sync
Section titled “Keeping it in sync”When TILT facts change: edit bot/knowledge-pack/*.md, then delete-and-
re-upload to each platform (none auto-syncs from a folder). ~15 minutes.
Keep the Last updated: line current in bot/knowledge-pack/about-tilt.md
and run the 11-prompt canned test set (in bot/system-prompt.md) after each
update.
