Roles & continuity

This page exists because TILT is two people. The single largest unmanaged risk in a 2-person company is continuity: one person unavailable for two weeks should not stop the business or lock anyone out.

This is a template. Fill in the real answers, then delete this box. These are the decisions a 2-person company must make explicitly because there is no bench.

If Justin is unavailable (planned or unplanned):

Decisions that should be written down once and not re-litigated:

• Planned-absence notice: how far ahead does each person flag time off?
• Shared calendar for client commitments and renewals: where does it live?
• Who has final say on voice/copy when Justin and Megan disagree? (Current practice: Justin approves voice, Megan drafts.)

Note

Account ownership for the bot platforms was provisionally decided in bot/plan.md: “Megan owns primary, Justin has admin access on each, password in a shared password manager.” Confirm and record the password-manager location in Accounts & Access.
