Changelog

The running plain-language log of what has been done lives in the repo at notes/current/update-log-justin.md (“the boss log”): most recent at top, each entry written as what changed + how it helps the business, no jargon.

That file stays the working source (it is updated as work ships). This page is the pointer so the log is reachable from the handbook.

Why it is not duplicated here

The boss log changes every working session. Copying it into the handbook would guarantee the copy goes stale. Single source of truth wins: read it at notes/current/update-log-justin.md, or via github.dev in the browser.

Recent themes (as of the source snapshot)

For orientation only - read the log itself for the current detail:

• Page-speed work on the Development Model page (CLS/font fixes; PSI 75 → 83, trending higher), and GTM served first-party via Tag Gateway.
• Rank Math schema correction after Google Search Console Product/Merchant errors (see Decision log).
• Divi 5 upgrade; large dead-code removal; accessibility and tracking cleanup.
• Cache configuration settled on LiteSpeed + Imagify (QUIC.cloud dropped).
• Market-Rate Rent Lookup tool built (Divi sections + Cloudflare Worker).
• Notes housekeeping: resolved/superseded docs archived; INDEX refreshed.

Note

When a piece of work also establishes a durable “why,” record that in the Decision log - the changelog is what happened, the decision log is what we will not re-argue.
